Shipping & Delivery
At Baby Boutique, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Times:
- Standard delivery within South Africa: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will make a second attempt or leave a collection notice. Baby Boutique is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window: You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: feeding accessories, bath products once opened, and gift sets once unsealed.
How to Return: Email us at hello@babyboutique.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
